To engage EntLaw:

Services begin only after a retainer agreement is signed and confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if legal conflicts arise or information is withheld.
All legal fees are disclosed in writing via a retainer or service agreement.
Fees are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be hourly, flat rate, or subscription-based.
Invoices are payable within the agreed-upon terms.
Late payments may incur penalties or interruption of services.
Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit card, or secure online billing portals.
All client communications and documents are strictly confidential and protected under solicitor-client privilege.
We will never disclose your information except:
With your explicit written consent
When required by law (e.g., subpoena, regulatory inspection)
To prevent significant harm in accordance with legal obligations
Unless otherwise stated, legal templates, guides, and resources created by EntLaw remain our intellectual property.
You may not:
Reuse, redistribute, or resell our legal content
Present our work as your own or repurpose it for third parties
Modify and distribute templates without a license
Either party may terminate services in writing. Upon termination:
All outstanding fees are payable immediately.
We will provide a summary of services completed.
Your file will be archived securely for regulatory retention purposes.
EntLaw is not responsible for:
Business losses caused by the independent implementation of advice without full consultation
Errors or delays resulting from incomplete or false information provided by the client
Indirect or incidental damages
Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. All disputes will be resolved through the courts of Coquitlam or Vancouver, BC.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Clients and users will be notified of substantial updates through our website or email communications.
